Delivery
- Ukrainian postal service «Ukrposhta». Dispatch via Avia – delivery time 10-14 days. Road and rail dispatch – delivery time to 28 days. We provide goods dispatch only for 100% pre-pay of the order and its delivery costs.
- EMS. If you choose this delivery method you will be able to calculate your expenses and track the location of the parcel.
We dispatch the goods for the foreign clients to the address assigned in the order on the next day after the calculations.
ATTENTION: BE SURE TO SEND US THE TRACKING NUMBER (MTCN) AFTER THE PAYMENT ON THEE-MAIL. We do not dispatch the goods without this number or a copy of a payment transaction (if you send money via faster payment systems). After we dispatch the order to a client, we send its track number by e-mail. You can use the tracking number to check the location of the parcel.
When choosing the payment method and a delivery company, feel free to use the help of our manager – he will provide you with all the information you need on expenses and delivery terms.
Payment
You can choose any method of payment which is the most appropriate for you. You can pay the order using any international payment system, which works in Ukraine. Payment is usually provided with faster payment systems, but you can also make payments to your bank account.
To receive account details for the order payment, add the items you need to the cart, choose how many units of each item you need, and fill in the order form:
• name, last name,
• e-mail,
• telephone number,
• chosen method of payment,
• complete mailing address, including a zip code.
While making a payment via the fast payment system, inform our manager about the number of your payment or send us a copy of the payment transaction document. Notify us about the delivery service you prefer: Ukrposhta, ESM or any other foreign company, which works in Ukraine.
