Returns and exchanges

The company returns and exchanges goods of good quality in accordance with Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

Return and exchange terms

Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the goods.

Return delivery of goods is carried out at the buyer’s expense.

Refunds are made to the buyer’s card within 3-5 days after confirmation of the return of the goods.

Return conditions for goods of good quality

You can return the product or exchange it if:

the product has not been used and has no signs of consumer use: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.;

the product is fully assembled and in its original packaging;

all labels and factory markings are preserved;

the product retains its presentation and its consumer properties.

Return conditions for goods of poor quality

You can return goods of poor quality by agreement with the store manager.

According to the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the company may refuse to exchange or return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that are not subject to return and exchange.

In what cases is the warranty not provided?

there are mechanical or other damages that occurred as a result of intentional or careless actions of the buyer or third parties;

the rules of use set out in the operational documents have been violated.

The warranty does not apply to the following defects:

normal wear and tear;

accidental damage caused by the customer or damage resulting from neglect or use;

damage caused by using the product for other purposes or in violation of operating instructions.
